On tap at the brewery;... pours a light straw color, clouded with a 2 finger puffy white cap that lasts and laces....aromas of bisquity malt, spicy-grassy hops and some sulphur funk from the lager yeast (proper Bohemian lager aroma).....Has a fat rounded character, balanced but goes spicy dry at finish....flavor is uncomplicated but deeply flavorful and layered....big chew of bready-biscuit malts in front balanced with sharp spicy Saaz and a light hint of botanic honey....long, clean, flavorful finish where the saaz break out into a drying bittering and a sharp hop bite at the end...light bitter aftertase....color me impressed...authentic lagers are the hardest style to pull off but this new brewer has made a wonderful, fine drinking unflitered, flavorful, satisfying lager...I'm a fan of German lagers and there will always be a few cans or a growler of this in my fridge this summer
