From the brewer:
Pilsner-style beer dry hopped with Mittelfruh, Saphir, and Spalt Hops. Pleasantly bitter with a crisp finish.

Clear, light gold (nearly straw) color. Minute head with only rim bubbles lasting. Two very small spots for lacing throughout the tasting.
Mild aroma leaning toward the very pale malt. The hop comes across like a spice.
The hop jumps out more on the tongue. Decent body with a neutral carbonation level. The malt starts the taste off with a light bread flavor. The hop is strong, particularly for a Pilsner. It's one-dimensional with a black pepper taste.
