We substituted amber malt for the more traditional crystal malt to put a fresh take on a classic West Coast IPA. The aroma is the epitome of American hops; featuring Centennial, Simcoe, Citra, and Chinook.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a finger of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with some lacing. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste follows nose. Nice hop bite.
