Visited brewery to watch a soccer/football match between Bologna and Sporting of Lisbon. Game ended in a tie nil- nil. Large area with many TVs. The staff was very helpful in setting up TV and table. Beer is very good with a broader mix. I had the IPA with a hamburger. At 2200 they were filling up for Trivel Pursuit. This is sizable brewery with bottling equipment. If in Porta this is a must stop for beer.overs.

My wife and I visited Cerveja Nortada (aka Fábrica Nortada) yesterday for dinner and beers. They had 10 of their own beers (or collabs) on tap, plus a couple of guest taps. Styles included lager, dark lager, Vienna lager, IPA, weissbier, imperial stout, Märzen, California common, and others. The beers I had were decent enough, though not outstanding; the Vienna lager was my favorite among them.
The place is a spacious restaurant-and-bar with lots of seating and tall ceilings, with a modern, semi-industrial look. There are fermenters behind the bar and some bright polished brew equipment out in the dining room, which definitely give a brewery feel. We had a charcuterie board and "shrimp crepes", which were really more like super tasty shrimp spring rolls; the food overall was very good. Even sitting up at the bar, service seemed a bit distracted and you really had to work to flag someone down -- I don't know, maybe this is just cultural. Once we got staff attention, though, they were friendly and prompt. We didn't have any trouble ordering, even without any Portuguese.
