Roam 2025 is our second iteration of a non-adjunct barrel aged stout. We took two different stout recipes; one aged for 24 months in Oppidan bourbon barrels, and the other for 12 months in Oppidan rum barrels. The result is a rich experience. Aromas of vanilla, oak, brown sugar, chocolate, and caramel. Hefty barrel tones and a smooth body round out the finish. We hope you enjoy all the places we continue to roam with this series.

L: Thick, almost black, a small tan head faded quickly to a ring.
S: Lotsa good smells, vanilla, oak, candy, burnt sugar.
T: Chocolate, vanilla, caramel and of course some booze.
F: Thick, creamy, smooth.
O: This was very good but I rated last year's version higher. I can't actually taste the rum, but I think it muddled the flavor. Here's a suggestion, next year bourbon and rye.
