On tap, pours a clear light gold. Big, dense head of white foam. Beer's feel is on the light side, with a big flavor. Bready malt and spicy hops in excellent balance. Pleasant hit of bitterness. Excellent pilsner.

On tap:
Pretty darn clear for being unfiltered, but the golden body has a fluffy white head and much lacing at first, diminishing only the slightest amount as the beer is drunk.
A nice mix of grain, grass, and a hint of lemon zest, but not as bready with the malt profile as I really crave for the style. Taste goes a little bitter atop a dry light toast, with a little dash of fruit sweetness. Light in weight with a modest bite of carbonation, which coupled with the dry grass bitterness creates a rough edge to the feel. Still is a quite enjoyable American version of the style.

16 oz can dated 04/12/22. Only a few weeks old.
Hops: Noble
This is my first Wheatland Spring beer, after hearing many good things, and it does not disappoint. One of the best german style pilsners brewed in the states.

Pours a pale golden straw with white head, goo retention. Light amount of haze. Floral noble hop character and some saltine crackers on the nose. Lime zest with a biscuit base. There's a little bit of white grape character on the finish. It's soft and mineral with touch of spicey hop character. A good Pilsner.

Probably my new favorite Pilsner. Full of flavor while retaining all of its crisp, drinkable glory. I'm an unabashed Homer for Wheatland lagers, but I've gotta say this is the best.

Can at home into a Teku with Lisa, June 2020. Insanely good.
Clear, light gold with wispy head that dissipates but leaves some lacing. Aroma is classic with Noble hops jumping out of the glass backed up by lemon, cracker, and biscuit. Flavor follows with an assertive hop character of lemon, grass, and subtle spice supported by a lean, malt-driven profile with lots of saltine cracker and a medium (on the high side) bitterness that is firm but not too much. Medium carb (again on the high side) that is dry and crisp. Beautiful beer, bravo.
