Pours a golden with an amber tinge to it. It's a little hazier than Wheatland's other lagered offerings. Caramel, toasted bread, and a touch of salted peanuts. I am not sure I could drink liters of this like I definitely could of a beer like Corn Crib. This is well-made and I'd love to have this side by side with some of the area's festbiers.
