A good lager!! Poured from a 16 oz can into a flute glass, this beer features a clear, dark gold color and a medium sized foamy white head. Head retention is about average and there is thick, foamy lacing on the glass. Aroma and taste include bready malt, some yeastiness and a bit more grassy hops than you would expect to find in a Helles. Mouthfeel is crisp and light with some bitterness. Most good Helles feature a soft pillowy mouthfeel. This one has a little more hops "bite", but it is still delicious and goes down easy. A good pairing with food or as a refreshing thirst quencher.

From a 3-week-old can, pours a very clear deep gold. Big white head of foam. Smell and taste are loaded with bready malts and spicy, grassy hops. Substantial feel for the ABV. Pleasant bitterness. First-rate beer.

750ml "growler" bottle in July 2020 at home. Really good, but a weird soapy thing in the nose.

Pours a crystal clear golden with beautiful effervescent carbonation. It maintains head retention well too! There's a nuttyness on the nose. There's a lot of crackery, toasty notes. I'm getting a little brown butter as well. There's a nutty element to it is what I am trying to say. Is it toffee? I don't know. I don't remember the last time I had toffee. There's just enough bitterness to portray a dry, drinkable helles. It might be toastier than I would normally want, but it's good.
