Nice Dunkel!!! Poured from a 16 oz can into an Aventinus Weizen glass, this beer featured a medium brown color and a frothy off-white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma and taste were beady mat, mild earthy bitterness and a slight bit of sweetness. Mouthfeel was medium density, sweet, with light bitterness. No hint of alcohol, goes down easy. Good beer!!!

Taster:
A clear, medium brown color with a feel that is also medium light. Toasted malt comes through with a slight nuttiness, but there’s also a fair amount of perceived bitterness that steals the attention a tad. Nose promises toasted malt to pretzel, and the taste has a little of the pretzel crust in the mix. I would welcome a little more malt presence and a slightly fuller feel in this Dunkel, but really enjoyed the beer in general.

16 oz can poured into a willi becher. Pours a light brown with a large fluffy off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature bready malt, earthy hops, and light caramel/chocolate/coffee. Very solid especially considering this was canned back in January (I was given a can just over a week ago).
