Pours a pale golden straw. Lots of musty aroma. I got some gueuze sweet red pepper funk on the nose of the bottle. But I'm getting fermented pear from the glass. It's super light, a little bit of pear, a bit of minerality, and a touch of hop bitterness. Insanely drinkable because of the levity of this one. This is both exactly what I want from a grisette but also seemingly missing something to be more. There could be a little more tartness. It's WS house character that is central and I find that pretty damn pleasant for the most part.
