Main Sequence is our house Double India Pale Ale. This beer represents our never ending pursuit of elegance. The grain bill is simple, golden promise and malted oats. The hops used in this round are Amarillo and Galaxy. We utilized Amarillo in the whirlpool to impart it’s distinct orange ? flavors into the wort. Amarillo and Galaxy were used heavily in the fermenter to add more citrus ? and tropical fruit ? notes to the beer. We can’t wait to share this luscious 8.0% ABV ale with y’all!

Pours a hazy golden color, small head. Aroma is strangely dry and notes of tropical fruits. Flavors are sweet with tropical fruit notes, and a strange bitterness and chemically finish. Flat. Overall, not great flat and odd.
