Pours a semi clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is floral and yeasty with fruity notes of citrus and apples.
Taste is crisp and floral with a bit of yeastiness. Notes of citrus, peach and some estery hints. Soft bitterness, very easy to drink.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a crisp, easy to drink beer. This was made to complement the meat in Bastard's burgers, and it works great with the food. On it's own, it's a bit bland.
