Handsome moderate head on pour. Settles to a full film, some blotchy lace. Dark walnut color. Vanilla and a bit of dark chocolate on the nose. Bitter and sour on the palate. Dark bitter chocolate and some vanilla to taste. No coffee or ash or any of that other porter-wish stuff. Sour almost to the point of distraction. Thin bodied. One dimensional.
