Tap pour at the brewery. Served chilled in a tapered pint glass (wide at the top).
Mostly clear, medium gold colored body. Thin, filmy white head. Leaves behind wide ring of lacing.
Aroma is faint with citrus hops.
Taste is dominated by bitter citrus rind and pith. Slightly sweet orange and grapefruit. Pith bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Bitterness builds up and numbs the tongue. Good carbonation.
Rind and pith bitterness is strong without allowing any complementary juicy or fruity flavors.

Taster at brewery. Hazy yellow golden pour, relatively flat, dull. Mild grassy aroma, hay. Taste comes in with some tart citrus peel, lemons, opposite of the aroma..
