Just passing through Twin Falls. Stopped in for a bite and some beer. Grabbed a pint of this. Delightful. Has the “juice” up front with the awesome hop punch on the back end. I find too many hazies have the juice, but lack the back end hop punch, which leads to a boring beer and questions of am I drinking beer or juice. Anyway. Really good. Was planning on trying another of their offerings, but it was two good so gladly had a second pint.

cool to see how much these guys have evolved over recent years, some great beers happening in here, now, and this latest hazy is solid, fruity, and distinctive, peachy, peach candy, honey, flowers, springtime magic, really appealing in the aroma and the taste is the same, impressive, double the hops from the original but not an imperial, and i think thats cool too. pale in color, rather hazy but not dense looking, especially with this airy wispy white head and all the bubbles, a little dull in shade maybe but certainly alive. a heap of stone fruit in the nose, maybe white wine grape too, and a little something from the yeast, more mango and papaya and tropical fruits in the flavor, but its dynamic and unique, bold without being anywhere near forced or overdone, tough to do, but its dialed. i like how dry it is, the hop oils linger on their own, no malt sugar in this left at all it seems, and the fruitiness really pops as it warms. solid beer, not as well refined overall as maybe it could be, but i am being nitpicky here, no reason for that, solid and enjoyable, and changes a lot from cold to ambient temperature, fun at each stage. nice.
