Pours red with soft, pink head.
Smell is tart and grassy with notes of raspberries, lemon, oak and raspberry jam.
Taste is tart with nice acidity. Big notes of fresh raspberries are balanced with oaky vanilla, raspberry jam and citrus. Hints of youghurt on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, with bright carbonation.
Overall, a very nice sour, very balanced and accessible, but still deep and rewarding.
