Pours a dark, deep red with low, pink foam.
Smell is tart with notes of sweet cherries, cherry jam, oak and vanilla.
Taste is vinous and mildly tart. Tons of cherries and cherry jam along with some oak, vanilla and a hint of almond. Nice acidity, very refreshing and really make s the cherries pop.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice cherry sour, not overly sour but still complex.
