22oz bomber bottled in 2020, states best before December 2022 on the label. Opened 1-21-22.
2 finger beige head with very good retention, settles in at a thick and solid cap. Early lacing as it recedes. Dark brown and clean porter. Sweet toffee and dark fruit in a mild aroma. Roasted malts provide some flavor followed by a spicy/grassy hop finish that provides a little bitter balance. Body is on the thinner side, carbonation is medium, finish is bittersweet. Good.
