22oz bomber bottled 7-2-21, opened 5-27-23.
2 finger creamy head with very good retention, settles in for a long haul as a full cap. Dark brown body. Wispy lacing. Aroma of wood and rum over a light roasted malt...there's a floral and phenolic character in the background as well. Cola, rum, fresh barrel, and milk chocolate. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel and carbonation - almost a nitro-feel. Malty and sweet medium length finish...there's a tannic quality that dries out this finish a little after mid-palate. Unique. Very Good.
