Intensely hoppy signature IPA. Multiple hop additions during the fermentation process makes this beer aromatically rich with tropical fruit flavors.

Tap pour at the taprom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Clear, pale gold colored body. White head with the pour. Leaves behind some thin lacing webs.
Aroma of toasted malt, citrus, and pine.
Taste is fruity sweet, with an ending mild bitter bite. Flavors of orange, lemon, grapefruit, and pine resin. Sweetness remains in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth and tongue but ends dry. Good carbonation.
Too sweet for its own good, but has somewhat of a bittering balance.

Serving: pint poured into a branded glass at the brewpub in Sunnyvale.
Appearance: Clear, pale golden copper with a modest head of white foam but nicely sticky and intricate lace.
Smell: Modest aromas of caramel malt, lemon zest, papaya and slightly dank notes.
Taste: Follows the nose with a caramel malt body enlivened by
candied orange rind, vague tropical notes, and medicinal bitterness in a clean close.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation.
Overall: A basic IPA that does a great job washing down a tasty butcher’s burger.
