An India Pale Ale with a delicious mouthfeel and super fresh taste and aroma of passion fruit, peach and citrus.
The American hops, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic are added in increasing amounts during both the boiling and fermentation, which gives the very full, slightly bitter taste and aroma with the tropical fruit characters.

Copenhagen 11/5 2020. 50 cl bottle from Supervin.dk web-shop. Grenen label with small whit hop flowers falling.
Pours murky, dark amber with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet, perfumed odor and a lemonade-ish streak. Caramel, cookies, flowery perfume. Candy-like. Light notes of citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tinging, lively texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness almost matched by a quite strong bitterness. A little rough. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Smells like perfume and quite much on the sweet side. But not without a bitter bite.
