Drinking this at The Hiawassee Brewery just outside of downtown Hiawassee with the Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly biscuity, floral.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a little more malt.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Pilsener that I would definitely order again.
