When you're on the cutting edge of flavour, you owe it to yourself to be on the cutting edge of language. When the drip of Strata hops (passionfruit, dank, berry) meets the sauce of Azacca (pineapple, mango, orchard fruit), you know you're gucci, bordering dangerously on sus. So while yes, this new hazy pale ale is "lit af," "no cap," and absolutely "extra," the glow-up was so extreme we had to flex our way into nomenclatural territories. Strazacca might not be the most clever name of all time, but that doesn't mean it's not the GOAT. Hype-beast. Full send. Uh. Fit check?

Note that brewing they are good at - spelling....less so? My label says Strazzacca, their site definitely Strazacca, though also Strazzaca (Strata and Azacca hops) - but the beer is truly the thing! I'm going Strazacca.
Hazy, slightly milky pale yellow with 1+ fingers of white head.
Aroma slightly dank citrus, mango, cotton candy, pineapple, cereal malt.
Taste sweet grainy malt, mango, tropical fruit, a berry/strawberry cotton candy note with a herbal slightly dank hop bitterness avoiding hop burn.
Soft medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation and a slightly earthy herbal bitterness balancing the tropical cotton candy sweetness nicely.
