Amped up version of their Strazacca Pale Ale - also in 500 ml bottle.
Uniformly hazy golden pour with two fingers of creamy white head and leaving impressive lacing on the glass.
Grapefruit burst , citrus hop on the nose, slightly tropical with a bit of sweaty dankness and evident grainy malts.
Soft grainy malt on palate - sweet, slightly bready, that on swallow becomes overwhelmed by grapefruit, melon, and tropical fruit with a grapefruit peel bitterness.
Medium full mouthfeel - remarkably soft on palate, fruity sweetness with a prominent bitterness that rides the edge of acidic burn without crossing. Well done.
