Met some old friends at the Bull Spit Brewery in Lancaster. First and only real visit, in the beforetimes, March 14. (The "Just Beforetimes!") It's an awesome place on Kalon Farm on Rt.117. Nice drive. They serve food, beer and wine. (Sandy said the wine was very good.) I'll vouch for the beer. Just a great location, tasty brews and good company.
We were all on different pages as to the risks at this moment , but we were starting to know there were risks. All was well, and I've visited several times since for takeaway. Acre Maker is my favorite.
(December 8, 2020) Back from picking up a coupla 4ers from Bull Spit. Visited the spacious outdoor beer garden twice over the summer. Very nice, live music, distanced, done well. Beer & food are ordered at a small station, they beep you when the food is ready. I got the pulled pork sliders which were tasty. Don't think they opened the inside Taproom at all during the Pandemic, which I admire. They had a small outdoors area off the Taproom before, but I hope they'll continue the large area in the future.
