Fairly straightforward chocolate coffee stout, a more potent version of Founders Breakfast Stout. Hardly the most complex stout, but it executes what it's trying to be perfectly well.
Chocolate is restrained; the focus is definitely on the coffee. Tasting notes of toffee, caramel, toast, minor char, coffee, cream, red grape, and a touch of chocolate.
