Pours medium brown colour, like a brown ale. A nice thick head. Spicy smell, with some sweetness in the background. The taste has the Belgian spicyness that I’ve come to expect. Also perhaps some molasses and some caramel. A nice combo.

Look: Pours clear and the colour of orange pekoe tea, 1 finger of off white head. The head has a good retention.
Smell: Cloves, spice, banana and belgium yeast.
Taste: Very light and delicate. Slightly spicy, with a doughy backend. Hints of caramel sweetness through the middle.
Feel: Dry and mouth filling. It offers something for most parts of the tongue.
Pretty basic but enjoyable. This earns a B.
