This is our seasonal German style Tent beer. Gold, notes of bread crumb, but crisp and mad drinkable for Florida "fall".

A: Pours a clear medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + very lightly toasted malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of floral + earthy hops. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + very lightly toasted malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of floral + earthy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a slightly lighter crisp + clean mouthfeel that would be great in the warmer Florida autumn. Enjoyable but somewhat forgettable.

Poured a seethru mild gold body with decent head and lace patches. Mild, crispy hop aroma with some floral hops. Smooth, crisp, light, spring-like floral hops with a minor biscuity/breadiness dryness with touch of malt for good balance and enjoyable.
