Thick, milky, straw body, like a tropical fruit smoothie, capped with a white head, dense, tall, with good retention.
Grapefruit is prominent on the nose, with pineapple, passionfruit, and a touch of pine; juicy but not bursting.
On the palate it has more of a pithy hop presence, milder tropical fruitiness, with a fairly intense bitter finish, very dry. The feel is full and frothy, the wheat and oats make their presence felt, also lending a touch of cereal sweetness to the malt.
It falls a bit flat once it hits the palate, though with a great look and feel.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Murky greyish-yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of guava and papaya, also over-ripe pineapple. Flavour of said fruits, but not too sweet. A resinous bitterness in the finish.
