Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
A deep, dark, and moody drop. Our first-ever barrel-aged beer from the depths of Market Square features a smooth and decadent body thanks to a complex grain bill. Desolate features notes of vanilla, rich dark chocolate, brown liquor and a hint of dark fruit. It is released exclusively in 500 ml bottles. Original label artwork created by Rio Kaneki. Only 800 are available.

Whistle Buoy Brewing 'Desolate' Bourbon BA Imperial Stout @ 8.5% , served from a limited edition 500 ml bottle (#147 of 800)
A-pour is a dark cola brown from the bottle to black in the glass with a small size tan head , dissipating into a fine spotty lace ring along the tulip
S-Bourbon barrel aging
T-Bourbon barrel aging thru-out , semi sweet start , some smoothness , slight bitter swallow
MF-mild carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-maybe some more time in the cellar will help this beer
