Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout , 10% ABV , 69 IBU
Woah. Our latest imperial stout is locked and fully loaded with heaps of creamy peanut butter flavours followed by layers of banana, raisin and decadent dark chocolate. It all started with a double mash and an extended boil to bring up the boo-ze factor. A blend of dark malts add to the layers of chocolate along with a late addition of chocolate husks, from our pals at Sirene Chocolate to the whirlpool. We then fermented this monster with a yeast known to produce banana character. Lastly, we conditioned this brew on peanut butter and Sirene Chocolate cacao nibs.
This beer is a real treat but don’t get tricked, at 10% it has the potential to turn you into a:
1) Floor goblin… 2) Pumpkin before midnight… 3) Swearwolf.
