This West Coast Pilsner is made using island grown ingredients including Pilsner malt grown on the Saanich Peninsula along with Cascade and Centennial hops grown in the Cowichan Valley . The malt creates a crisp, clean base and the hops provide a citrusy floral kick. Together, these ingredients create a light and easy West Coast experience in a can .

A-pour is light gold from the can to a clear gold in the glass with a small size white head , dissipating into a minimal lace ring along the pokal
S-Cascade & Centennial hops , smelly
T-crisp & clean West Coast pilsner , (German or Boho/Czech ?)
MF-low carbonation , medium body
Ov-not sure what a West Coast pilsner was until I tasted this brew , enjoyable
