Modern, slightly hazy and easily crushable, one for the the road. DDH-style hazy Pale Ale double dry hopped with the classics Cascade and Centennial giving nice citrus flavors that are not predominant. Haze and fruit forward yeast strain with an OG of 14.5 P.

Pours a rather cloudy, golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and floral, citrus hops, with notes of grapefruits and some earthy/herbal accents as well. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and floral, earthy, citrus hops, with a strong grapefruit character and lighter notes of tangerine and herbal, piney accents. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit and herbal, piney accents lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Quite a nice Pale Ale that's dominated by a soft, yet expressive, citrus character and lighter floral, earthy, herbal accents. I'm usually not a huge fan of floral notes, but they are off-set by those earthy/herbal notes nicely enough here to not really bother me, while that bit of pine coming through also works wonders here. Classic Centennial flavor profile, really, which I always got a bit of pine from, even if it's not a descriptor that shows for the variety too commonly.
