Pours a hazy, bright orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus/stone fruit notes of mango, tangerine and peach, as well as some herbal accents. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly floral, herbal and resinous hops, with tropical, stone fruit and citrus notes of mango, papaya, tangerine, grapefruit and peach, as well as just a hint of pine. Finishes with a light bitterness and some mango, grapefruit and peach lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While the flavor profile seems a little odd here and first, it grew on me as I drank. I actually rather enjoy the contrast of sweet and juicy fruit and herbal, resinous accents here, although some more bitterness would have been even, this being just a tad too sweet for my personal taste. The tropical, citrus and stone fruit notes stand out quite expressive and well-defined here, this being especially peachy, probably from a combination of Azacca and El Dorado.
