Copenhagen 30/4 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Brewheart's usual design with a twisted red heart on a black background and the outline of Kenny from South Park.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin and flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, odor of tropical fruit mingling with a zesty scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach ad black currants. Grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Well balanced, zesty and fresh.
