On tap at Hashigo Zake. From notes.
A - Poured golden with a slight haze. Good carbonation and one finger of white head. Spotty lace and a half finger of retention.
S - Really tropical, grassy, fruit candy.
T - Tropical fruit, soapy, passionfruit, seemed like Galaxy hops? Nice.
M - Good carbonation, light to medium body, fruity and mild bitterness to finish.
O/D - Tasty pale ale. Fairly standard with good drinkability. A good Kiwi take on the style.
