Crowler from Albertsons. Pale golden pour, flat. Light yeasty aroma. Taste follows the nose, Grassy, grainy. Very light on the palate, fairly smooth. Decent

a not quite clear pale lager that is possibly organic, at least brewed with some organic ingredients, and a fine summer drinker, but maybe my least favorite of the beers i have had here so far, which is more to say that the others have been awesome than that this one isnt. there is nice balance to this, as the simple pils type malt profile stands out as fresh and flavorful, even though its dry, and the hops are somewhat more robust than they were in a lot of the other warfield beers i had, bitter and even a little zesty at the end, nice way for this to finish. the yeast also has some flavor, a very european vibe to it, which sometimes means cheap, but here means clean and bright but not quite as robust as say a german pils strain often is. the texture of this is about average, enough carbonation but not overly lively, a pretty light body but not watery, and quite dry all the way through. its well made beer, a cool mix of rustic and new, and i like that. more flavorful than their kolsch but equally drinkable...
