Draft at Handlebar. Hazy orange golden pour with a thin, silky white head. Light citrusy, bready aroma. Taste is faint orange and grapefruit peel. A bit on the weak side

not their best, this is really green and bitey and kind of heavy feeling, i have liked their hoppy stuff in the past, but this one still feels like a work in progress to me, not where it needs to be. washed out thick and milky straw color with some good carbonation activity, but pretty soupy and starchy. the aroma here is already green and harsh, over hopped right from the very start, pine and grapefruit and maybe some southern hemisphere character of melon and tropical fruit, but its sloppy. the flavor is similar, although there are some nice up front hop notes, citrus driven, it just devolves way too quickly into tasting like pellets, more plant matter than the stuff we want to extract from it in beer, very amateur to me and grossly overdone, finishes with a lot of burn from the hops, but behind the roughness its a cool profile, a gin note to it too. the grain is too heavy for this, not sweet at all, and in fact its pleasantly dry and the ferment is fine, there just too much heft to this, and overall this needs a ton of cleaning up. weird one for these guys, not up to their usual quality standards and it was hard to drink much of...
