Served from the tap in a taster glass at the Cercis brewpub.
Pours a mostly clear sunrise brass-amber topped by a finger of glowing off-white foam. The nose comprises grass, light caramel, light candied orange peel, mild flowers, and a hint of pine sap. The taste brings in more of the same, the grass and caramel the main duo of the show. The body is a rather light medium, with a light moderate carbonation, a wet feel, and a slightly drying finish. A decent amber, nothing to write home about.
