Served from the tap in a tasting glass at the Cerics brewpub.
Pours a clear sunrise brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild lemongrass, light biscuit, a touch of powdered sugar, and a bit of lemon zest. The taste increases the sharpness of the lemon, but otherwise leaves things well enough alone. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a wet feel. It's a decent-enough cream ale, but the lemon character isn't as welcome as it is present, and everything comes together rather blandly.
