Copenhagen 17/6 2023. 44 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Åben’s usual split design with a cosmic landscape in grey.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of dark, roasted malts. Sweet caramel and toffee. Coffee and dark bitter chocolate. Hints of brown sugar.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, slightly viscous, almost flat texture. Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Con almendrucos. Jugando a South Park Fractured but Whole. Imperial Stout sin adjuntos muy bien hecha, con un perfil tostado superadictivo en el que el alcohol no se nota en lo más mínimo y resulta muy amable al trago
