Copenhagen 4/2 2025. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Pink can with red porch chairs.
Pours opaque hazy, dirty yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is rather intense with a sweet odor of malts and Stone fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Yeasty touch. Sweet peach and apricot. Citrus and lime. Mustard, Searing and sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a ligt sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent NEIPA with a yeasty touch.
