Copenhagen 4/3 2025. 44 cl can from Meny. Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Dark blue can with "2023" in a lighter shade of blue.
Pours unclear dark amber with fragments whirling about. Small off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating about. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and sugary odor mingling with a looming scent of alcohol. Dark fruits like Raisins, Figs and Plums. Brown sugar. Whiff of Toffee. Sweet liqueur.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick oily, a bit greasy, soft, kind of flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry with a distinct touch of alcohol.
Searing but sweet.
