Copenhagen 16/6 2023. 44 cl can from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Can with red and white horizontal stripes.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a small white hed. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a Moore prominent scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart twist. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Decent NEIPA with a nice dry and bitter touch.
