Copenhagen 29/5 2020. 33 cl bottle from Kvickly Allerød. Åben’s usual split label in red, orange and green and the big “Å” in white.
Pours unclear orange with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears completely leaving what looks like a decarbonated Fanta behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a light fruity sweetness and a stronger sourness. A bit of mango and peach. Citric lemon and lime. Sharp saltiness.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric sourness. Aftertaste has a strong saltiness. Lingering. Dry, salty finish.
A quite salty Gose with a relatively modest flavoring.
