We stopped by on our way through town. This is a massive space. There is room for 5 pool tables, a stage, etc. There is a long bar along the north wall, brick pillars as structural support, lots of beer signs, a partial tin ceiling, etc.
About a half-dozen customers on a Saturday afternoon in February. Bartender said it gets crowded later and they draw very well for their events like trivia, music, etc.
They were expanding the brewing area while we were there and as a result, only had a few of their own beers on tap. I had a more than acceptable house brown ale. They had a few guest taps and maybe another 8 craft options in the cooler.
I didn't try the food but what I saw looked very good. Would stop again if in the neighborhood.

A former roadhouse bar, now with a 1 barrel system nanobrewery. It was a halfway point stopover, so we decided to check out the beers. Located on the edge of town, it was quiet and dark inside around noon, as we were the only customers. The bartender said happy hour is when things pick up. The dark concrete bar was long and question-mark shaped. Music played and a retro gameshow channel was on tv.
We sampled through the beers and chatted about breweries in the region with the bartender. He generously let us browse a recently published Wisconsin brewery guide. The brewer popped in briefly before disappearing in back. From the book I gathered that he had some homebrewing experience and had wanted to quit the previous line of work he was in. Didn’t seem very interested in talking beer though, oddly enough.
The beer was limited to an IPA, Stout, Brown, and Amber. The amber was fairly hoppy and the best of the bunch. The stout had a nice hint of smoke to it. The others were drinkable, though average.
Didn’t try the food, but a pic of their ribeye sandwich I saw online looked excellent. Would return if passing through Richland Center again.
I submitted this place, for the record. Found it while planning a trip through the area, and it seemed they had just added a 1BBL system to the pre-existing Dayton Hills Bar and changed the name.
