16oz can. No dating information found.
Dark brown colored body, with mahogany back lit edge. One finger of dark tan, small bubble head. Has a few dots of lacing, which tend to slide back down.
Aroma is reminiscent of french toast with maple syrup. Roasted malt base, with cinnamon, vanilla, and sweet maple syrup.
Taste is cola-like. Sweetness from the lactose, vanilla, and maple syrup, and spicy from the cinnamon. Sweet syrup lingers in the aftertaste.
Seems a little thin for mouth feel, but also has some creaminess. Quiet carbonation.
A beer brewed for a sweet addition to brunch. Not tooth achingly sweet, and the spice and sweet are in good balance.
