Brand New Key represents the natural transition of our Stolen Keys IPA series into a way to experiment with new ingredients along with emerging technology and processes. With this IPA we've got a Brand New Key to unlock hop properties in new and different ways. This experimental IPA uses Berkeley Yeast's Tropics™ yeast strain to release thiols through bio-transformation.
