For this one, we smoked 50 pounds of pineapple for a few hours on the smoker at Cecil's BBQ and aged it with another 100 pounds of pineapple for a few weeks.
The result is exactly what you'd expect: A tart sour that tastes like you're eating a piece of pineapple right off the grill.
You can almost feel the breeze off the Pacific.

Real gentle smoked pineapple aroma, tart and juicy taste but not overly acidic, its sessionable and enjoyable.
