Aji Panca Mexican Lime Lager
We took our Cerveza de Cucho and aged it with locally-grown Aji Panca peppers. Actually, the peppers were grown in Cucho's garden. Yes, Cucho is a real person.
The result is an easy-drinking lager with an enjoyable pepper flavor. And no, it's not hot. Just nice and peppery (is that a word?).
